Learn apnea correctly in one hour – live online with Anita Wiig
Have you heard about hypopressive training, or maybe tried apnea, but aren't sure if you're doing it correctly?
Rest breath and apnea are key in hypopressive training. Yet this is where most people get stuck, wondering if they're doing it correctly.
Saturday 26 September, 1 pm – 2 pm (CET), Anita will go live to walk you through both rest breath and apnea, step by step, until you feel it click.
The workshop costs only NOK 399 and will take place live via Zoom.
During the workshop, we'll train and practise together, you can ask questions via the chat along the way, and get feedback on your technique on the spot.
This technique has already helped thousands of women feel stronger, safer, and more free in their own body.
Now it's your turn! ✨
This online workshop is for you if
You've started learning hypopressive training, but never quite know if you're doing apnea correctly, which is holding you back from moving forward.
You've put off getting started long enough, and you know what you need isn't more information - it's someone who can actually help you get started.
You're ready to prioritise yourself one Saturday afternoon, and ready to leave feeling proud of yourself and motivated.
The workshop will take place live via Zoom on Saturday 26 September, from 1 pm – 2 pm (CET).
You don't need to have your camera on to participate, but you'll get the most out of the workshop by being active in the chat and asking questions whenever you get stuck.
Here's the plan for our hour together:
1: Prepare your body
We'll start by warming up and softening your diaphragm, so your body is ready for the next step.
2: Master apnea
You'll practise rest breath and apnea live with Anita, with plenty of time to try it yourself. You can ask questions along the way and get feedback live, right there and then.
3: Feel confident
You'll crack the apnea code, and leave the workshop with a technique you know you've mastered. You'll know exactly what to do next.
After one hour together, you will:
- know when you're doing apnea correctly, because you'll know exactly what a proper apnea should feel like
- be able to feel the difference between correct and incorrect technique in your own body
- know how to check for yourself whether you're doing apnea correctly, without needing anyone to stand next to you and guide you
- know how to fit this into your everyday life, with just 10 minutes of effort
- be up and running with hypopressive training, and on your way to a body you can trust
